Latest Insider Premier League Transfer Whispers

So, since our last update on the latest Premier League transfer speculation, Shinji Kagawa looks like he’s ‘almost’ a Manchester United player and Eden Hazard has snubbed both Manchester City and United to join Champions League winners Chelsea. This week, we’re hearing whispers surrounding other clubs so here’s the latest insider information regarding the transfers news making the headlines at the moment.

Niko Kranjcar has joined Dynamo Kiev from Tottenham for an undisclosed fee.

Chelsea are lining up a £20million raid on Everton in order to sign Marouane Fellaini who made an impressive contribution for the blue half of Merseyside last season as the Toffees finished above rivals Liverpool in the Premier League. Fellaini also impressed in Belgium’s recent friendly match against England and is next on Roman Abramovich’s hit list.

Barcelona are back in the hunt for Chelsea’s David Luiz according to reports in the Daily Mail as their bid to sign Brazilian and AC Milan defender Thiago Silva has cooled following Milan’s reluctance to sell their star defender. Luiz is seen by Barca as the long-term replacement for veteran captain Carles Puyol who has been injury prone in recent seasons.

Newcastle United’s search for more international talent continues with the pursuit of 19-year-old North Korean star striker Jong Il-Gwan. The Rimyongsu forward is also being tracked by PSV Eindhoven and Partizan Belgrade. Il-Gwan is unlikely to be a first choice striker if the deal goes through, but is seen as one for the future by Newcastle boss Alan Pardew.

Reading are hoping to snatch 28-year-old Russian striker Pavel Pogrebnyak before Fulham complete negotiations on a permanent deal. Pogrebnyak was on a short-term deal at Craven Cottage but the deal expires this summer and Fulham are yet to complete a transfer for his long-term services.

And finally, Carlos Tevez is rumoured to be happy again at Manchester City, although he does eventually plan to finish his career at Boca Juniors.
