Rumours that have started to hit the headlines so far include the following headlines:
Shinji Kagawa look set to leave German double-winners Borussia Dortmund after the club confirmed he will not be renewing his contract which only has a year to run. His destination could be Manchester United, after Sir Alex Ferguson flew out to watch Kagawa in Dortmund’s 5-2 cup win over rivals Bayern Munich.
Chelsea target Alvaro Pereira is hoping to finally complete a move to Stamford Bridge from Porto this summer after the deal to sign the talented right-back fell through last summer.
Lille’s Eden Hazard has revealed that a decision will be made on his destination in the next few days. A tug-of-war between Manchester United and Manchester City is likely to start in a bid to secure the Belgian’s signature, with big spenders Man City the favourites.
Tottenham Hotspur are closing in on Ajax captain Jan Vertonghen, who is set to cost the London club £9 million.
Newly promoted Reading are monitoring Junior Hoilett‘s situation. The forward is out-of-contract with relegated Blackburn Rovers with other clubs, including Tottenham also interested in signing the Canadian.
